Classical Ballet Classes
Complete Beginner Adult Ballet Thursday, 5:30-6:30 pm
Ever wanted to try ballet but thought it might be too late? It's not! This class is for the adult that either has no Ballet experience or up to 1 year of experience. We'll take it back to basics and learn the foundations of ballet.
Open Level Ballet Monday 4:15-5:30 pm
This class is a Classical Ballet class that is Vaganova based with some Balanchine influences. Open to all levels, the class will be tailored to the experience level of the students in each class. May be taken en pointe with teacher's permission.
Advanced Ballet Wednesday 5:45-7:15 pm
This class is a Classical Ballet class that is Vaganova based with some Balanchine influences. We will move quickly through barre and spend most of our time in center combinations. Class is structured to spend a lot of time dancing. General corrections will be given but this is not a technique focused class.

Ballet Feet Wednesday, 4:15-5:15 pm
This class focuses on building feet strength, articulation, and flexibility. Mixture of conditioning exercises, stretches, barre work with a focus on battement tendu and battement dégagé, and small jumps in the center. Perfect for dancers looking to strengthen for pointe work.
Intermediate Pointe Wednesday, 5:15-5:30 pm
Intended to be taken with Ballet Feet, Intermediate Pointe is a center pointe class that focuses on strength building exercises.
Ballet Variations Tuesday, 5:45-6:45 pm
Every week dancers will learn a new Ballet variation from famous ballet. We will cover a range of styles and choreographers.
Conditioning Thursday, 4:15-5:15 pm
Ballet conditioning class. Gentle aerobic warm-up, center core strengthening exercises, barre work, barre stretch, and endurance exercises to finish.

Jazz and Modern
Intermediate Jazz Tuesday, 4:15-5:30 pm
Jazz Dance is a unique American art form, tracing is roots back to West African dance and culture. This jazz class will explore authentic jazz movement, musicality, improvisation, and contemporary jazz movements all while listening to a range of jazz music.
Modern and Stretch Monday, 5:45-7:00 pm
Connect with the floor, twist, spiral, and MOVE through space. 1 hour Modern dance class that finishes with a 15min Yoga based deep stretch. This is an open level Modern class with combinations that are accessible for all levels. Modifications, to either decrease or increase difficulty level, encouraged. For the dancer with 2+ years of modern, jazz, or ballet experience.
