I LOVE teaching ballet. I appreciate it so much as an art form while I also see it's value in a purely physical way.
I'm heading out on a new venture of bringing ballet to athletes. This is not something new - for decades, top professional athletes have used dance, and ballet in particular, to hone their bodies to benefit their athletic performance. Cross training with ballet has shown to be effective with injury prevention as well as improving:

-FLEXIBILTY
-BALANCE
-FOCUS
-STRENGTH
-ENDURANCE
